- レタスたっぷり
- バゲット5〜6cm
- 温泉卵1個
- 塩・こしょう・酢・オリーブオイル適宜
- パルメザンチーズお好みの量
作り方
バゲッドは食べやすい大きさに切り、軽くトーストする。レタスは手でちぎる。
塩・こしょう・酢・オリーブオイルを混ぜてドレッシングを作る。オリーブオイルは少なめで、全量が50ccほどになるように。
これに温泉卵を崩しながら加え、パルメザンチーズも加えて混ぜる。
