- ゴーヤ1/2本
- 穴子(白焼き) 2尾
- にんじん4cm
- 春雨(乾燥)90g
- 白菜キムチ50g
- ごま油大さじ1
- しょうゆ大さじ1
- 砂糖小さじ2
- 酒大さじ2
- 水溶き片栗粉大さじ1
春巻きの皮 6枚、水溶き小麦粉 適量、サラダ油 適量
